Terms of Services

Basic Info:

- You can send me commissions/inquiries through either my twitter or tiktok account.
- I will decline any commission work that I feel I would be unable to fulfill.

Payments/Refunds/Cancellation:

- Payments will be made in Paypal USD only.
- Payments will be made via Paypal Invoice system.
- Once payment has been made, I will not give any refunds.
- I will ask for an upfront payment (40% of the total payment) once the commission has been confirmed.
- You may cancel a commission if i have not started yet.
- I will ONLY start a commission after the initial payment has been made.
- The final Invoice will only be sent once I have sent you the final piece.
- I will keep you updated regarding the commission, and will send you the final piece after making sure it is satisfactory.
- I will give every commission two free revisions, any revisions after the 2nd revision will be at a small fee (Fee will range depending on the the piece).

Permission and Copyright:

- You are not allowed to edit, trace or modify my art in any way unless stated so.
- You are not allowed to distribute my art to anyone to use or edit.
- You are not allowed claim/credit my art as your own, if posted on any site credit it to @mechanicallumba.
- You are not allowed to make commercial products/merchandise using my art.
- I have the right to post any commission in my portfolio as example of my work, If you would like your commission to stay private, please let me know!.
